We are able to accommodate up to 100 people. At The Backpack you won’t find the standard, high-rise building with floors of rooms that are all the same. All our rooms are unique, spread over four 100-year old Victorian houses, with courtyards and gardens.

- Our rooms are popular so make sure you book in advance!
- Our Airport Shuttle Service is available on request. Simply email us your name, flight number, date and arrival time and we will arrange your pickup and add the cost to your invoice.
- Shuttle prices from the airport to our hostel costs R210 for one person, adding on R70 for each additional person in your group.
- For a shuttle from the hostel to the airport the cost is R250 for up to 3 people
